Thinking about taking a trip the Thursday before Thanksgiving to NYC. Is getting into the Manhattan Club a long shot at this point?
How does the $95 exchange fee work? Do you give them a credit card and if there is a match you get charged and if no match you don't? At what point do they stop looking for an exchange?

It is a long shot. Currently there's only 3 check in days sitting in RCI points and all for 1 night only. 1 Oct and 2 late July nights. There is even less availability for the Hilton options there. All you can do is put in an ongoing search for what works and make alternate plans since you'll likely not get it.

The Manhattan Club is also available as part of the Concierge Collection.

I was going to go the Concierge Collection route

Yea I was going to go the Concierge Collection route

In that case, the $95 transaction fee is only paid if the reservation is made. The Concierge Collection does not have the option for an on-going search.

I booked the Manhattan Club thru the Concierge Collection for mid December back in June.

For RCI the $95 fee is refunded if an ongoing search is canceled or not filled.
