I had a flat bread with grilled chicken topped with jack cheese and this salsa at CG in August. I have been trying to replicate in my kitchen for months!! I've searched the internet, only to find things that aren't even close, so I'm here for help. It wasn't really like salsa, more like quacamole in that it was pretty creamy and green, not chunky like salsa. The mango flavor was pronounced and the avocado...oh man, it was just so good!
