Well done everyone, another 100% correct, the answer is that you can get a 'Stavanger' in

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Norway and you could choose 2 of the ingredients from A refreshing blend of Raspberry, Vodka and Linie Aquavit

I've never tried it, but it does sound nice (well it does have alcohol in it )
