Mandatory daily room inspections?

If you have someone in the shower, or need to put more clothes on, just ask them for a few minutes because you need to get fully dressed. When we were there for four nights (DVC points reservation), we got the trash pickup once, on day 2 (trash and towel on day 4). The guy who came to the villa was very pleasant and polite. It was afternoon (around 3:30PM) and we just invited him into the villa. He was finished and out in about two minutes. On trash and towel day, the housekeeper came around 9:30 and Bill was still getting dressed (out of the shower and finished in the bathroom). I checked with him to see if he was dressed before I invited her in (I had the door open when I called to him). She was polite and finished her duties in about five minutes.

That doesn't work. I told them to hang on while I put pants on and they barged in anyway.
