Has anybody used the Servisair Louge at Manchester Airport prior to flight to Orlando? What's it like?

Five weeks 'til we go to Saratoga Springs Resort and counting ...

Never used Servisair lounge, we have used the AirFrance lounge opposite a couple of times when flying business class. Its something great free but doubt I would pay for it.
Some lounges you can get a bit of food which makes it worth it but for me these lounges with only drinks and snacks they are not worth £15-20pp Unless you are having a few alcoholic drinks.
Also depends how early you get to the airport, we arrive with just enough time to go thru and close to boarding, if you like to arrive early might be better than sat near the gate.
