As ride times increase, I'm wondering how much leeway time a mobile order has. Common advice is to place your mobile order in the morning. Let's say I place it for 12:30 pick up at Pecos Bill's

Today at 12:00, most (not all) rides at MK had wait times of 30 or more minutes. If I get in line for HM at 12:00, with a wait time of 40 minutes + ride time...I'm going to be almost 30 minutes late for my mobile order pick up. Will I lose my order? On the other hand, at 12:00, if all the rides I want to ride have wait times that are too long, can I say "I'm here" 30 minutes early?

We were there two weeks ago and I got hung up in a line that moved slower than expected. I was able to amend the time on MDE. Once you place the order you will see this option. I just moved it to the next window. No problem. Also, once we got off a ride and were early for a window. I was also able to amend my pick up time to the “now” window. I really loved the mobile ordering. Nice flexibility. Always ready on time and plenty of seating.

When we were there 6 weeks ago, the pickup times were a "range" of time...about 30 minutes or so (ie..."between 12:30 and 1:00").

As for earlier pickup...you can amend your pickup time if there are earlier times available.

You do have a window of 30 minutes pick-up time. I am sure CM would be very accommodating if you are late for your pick-up because of the conflict with rides.

One of the things I love about mobile ordering is its flexibility. As others have pointed out, you can easily emend your arrival time… as well as your actual order, if you change your mind. Heck, I’ve gone in and cancelled a few when I changed my mind the last minute! Lol

They don’t start preparing your order until you indicate you are actually at the restaurant. Which is why some folks talk about doing that as you are walking over! Food is ready and waiting.
