Hi all,
We have a large group going down in November. I’ll be there for 12 days with two separate groups which are overlapping for about 48 hours. I’ve just finished completing all of our dining reservations for both groups. However with several of the reservations I really need the people who are using those reservations to be able to modify or change the reservation as needed. I won’t be with all of the groups every hour of every day.
When I booked the ADR’s at 6 am on 2 different mornings I was moving quickly so just put my own name and didn’t fill in other guests names etc. I was hoping I could go back and put someone else as the lead on several reservations, but apparently the system doesn’t allow that. Is there a workaround for this, or do you think if I called Disney Dining or Disney IT someone could help?
This really could become problematic so I appreciate any ideas!
