I am so scared and shaken up. I just read in our local paper that last week Thursday a man ended up in the hospital because the explosive device he was working on ignited. Below I wrote out most of the article, but I am scared. I know that "bad" people are everywhere. There can be no good that comes from an individual constructing bombs like this. I can bet he was making them for ill will. I am scared what his intent was for them, and am petrified to think that perhaps he wasn't alone, and there are others in this community working on bombs. We are a small midwestern town, away from the "big city" and I am so worried. I know that horrible things happen everywhere, I know, but I want to hope our community stays safe. Did he intend to use them here or elsewhere? I go out alot with DD to the stores, and stuff. It makes me want to curtail my outings. 
And what about the schools.... I am just so scared for my kids. THis should be a time of innocence for them and those @#$@ monsters are making it difficult. the man's condition was upgraded from critical to satisfactory. All I can say is he got a taste of his own medicine. I pray he is out of the bomb making business. Thanks for letting me vent about this. I am just so upset.
"According to Police Department reports, the 33 year old was assembling an inprovised explosive device at the kitchen table inhis apartment, when the device possibly ignited or detonated. The living room windows were blown out, and there was possible structural damage to the walls, ceiling and other areas of the kitchen. " "The Milwaukee bomb squad was called to the scene and an entire city block was evacuated after officials found another explosive device in the apartment." Through a search of the apartment, storage unit, garage and several vehicles, officials found a large quantity of suspected chemical compounds and other explosive devices. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives reported that, in doing an inventory of items taken from the apartment, 15 more complete explosive devices were found. ATF resident agent in charge said if all the explosives in the apartment had ignited there wouldhave been substantial damage to the entire complex, and if ther were any people present, they could have been serioulsy injured or killed."
