ORLANDO -- A man who was arrested on accusations that he exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl Saturday at a Walt Disney World water park blamed the incident on his European-style bathing suit, according to deputies in a report from FLORIDA TODAY news partner WKMG Local 6.

Bradford Biggers, 51, of Norwalk, Conn., was arrested following the alleged incident at Typhoon Lagoon.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, a witness said he saw Biggers position a chair a few feet from the 14-year-old girl and expose himself. The witness said he yelled at Biggers, which apparently scared Biggers, who left the park, the sheriff's office said.

An off-duty deputy stopped Biggers, who has a suspended driver's license, and questioned him about the incident, the sheriff's office said.

Biggers said he did not intentionally expose himself to the girl and blamed his European-style bathing suit, which he claimed was too tight, according to deputies.

He's being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond.

The incident marks the fourth alleged incident involving children and sex acts in recent weeks at Orlando-area water parks, including Typhoon Lagoon, SeaWorld's Aquatica and Wet 'n Wild.

Wouldn't tight shorts - um....er.....KEEP everything um....er.....contained?

Bradford Biggers - thats about as far as I got in the article.

What a sicko. Maybe thats why he was wearing his too tight european style bathing suit in the first place :rolleyes1

This is just one more reason along with the pic posted in the gold chain thread why these suits should be banned in public.

What a POS!!! if I saw a person doing this I would walk up and kick what ever was exposed.

There's some sort of poetic justice that the witness was a corrections officer dealing with sex offenders in Oklahoma (I believe) ... who also chased him out of the park.

Hope they prosecute to the full extent on this one. *I* wouldn't want to see that, either!

There could be a chance that it was entirely accidental. I'll reserve my judgment since I wasn't there. Of course, if it's in the traditional shorts/swim-trunks style, there's no way it was an accident.

He bonded out this morning.

We've had a rash of incidents at water parks recently. In this month, there have been incidents at Aquatica, Wet & Wild and the Disney water parks involving young girls getting touched inappropriately.

I don't remember this being so rampant in past years.

Things like this are disgusting no matter where they take place, but it seems so out of place at our beloved WDW. That should count towards a doubling of his sentence and/or fine! :thumbsup2

So sick :sad2:, you summed it up for me perfectly George!

Did he have to be from Ct?:scared1:

In addition to the exhibition charge, he faces charges of driving with a suspended license and running a stop sign. :headache:

Sounds like he drove all the way down to WDW with a suspended license, as well. IDIOT!

Seriously, a tight suit, give me a break!!! If you can afford Disney, you can afford a new suit!!!
