Mama Melrose

Any thoughts on Mama Melrose's in MGM? I'm going in April and would like to eat somewhere good, but not expensive. Also, how far in advance do I need to make reservations? Thanks!

MM is one of our favorites. It is sort of in the back so tends to be a little quieter. The food and service are very good. You can make a PS up to 90 days in advance.

My sister and her dds love this place. Unless you're trying for a Fantasmic pkg, I wouldn't think you would have to book too too early. Seems like my sis actually made her ressies last time on the day before (for a Monday lunch in August, party of 3) with no problems. Granted, I wouldn't push it THAT late, but you get the idea! They say the flatbreads are good, and really, no complaints on anything they have ever gotten there (and they've eaten there a couple times, taking advantage of that DVC lunch discount.)

Its one of our favorites too! We have eaten there once on each of our past 8 trips and we even plan to make a special trip back to MGM on our 1 park day during our next trip to dine there.
Some of our favorites are the flat breads(4 cheese & pepperoni...minus the peppers and onions), chicken parm, and penne alla vodka.

Loved the 4-cheese flatbread & chicken parmesan! The salad & bread are really good, too. We've always had good service here.

I love the sangaria there. It is fabulous. Food is good too.

It is a must do for our family as well and has been for years. We especially enjoy lunch there.K

You get so much food with the package and it is all good!!!
