Mama Melrose or Prime Time ?

We would like to choose one of these places to eat early one evening. We have already been to prime Time and we enjoyed it. But was wondering id MM was any better ? We have eaten at Sci Fi as well and enjoyed ourselves. I think BD would be a little too fancy for us. Thanks for your opinions !!

PT is one of our ds(9) favorite restaurant! He asks to eat there every trip! So, it is on our list for our up-coming trip! My dh doesn't complain either! He looooooves the fried chicken!

We like both of those restaurants. I would probably choose MM though...the last two times we have been to PT, the servers just didn't get into the act the way they had in the past. It's the antics that makes it fun for us. The food at MM is excellento!

Have eaten at both and given a choice would choose PTC.

We went to MM on the Fantasmic Package and it was awful. Dh who isnt picky will never eat there again. I have to admit it was the worst food on our entire stay. Running a very close second is Earl of Sandwhich. I personally wont eat there again.

My vote would be for PT - but I have never eaten there but anything has to be better than MM

We have eaten at both and enjoyed them both. We ate at MM last year for lunch - excellent pizza! Different atmosphere than PT - more "adult." For me it comes down to two lines of thought: 1)Are you in the mood for "American" or "Italian," and 2)Are you in the mood for a truly wacky atmosphere or something more soothing and relaxing?

Depending on our mood, we could choose either! Happy dining!

We would pick 50's PT. Our last visit to "Mama's" offered some very blah Italian food.

I have eaten at both several times and love both experiences. At MM-had the Fantasmic pkg and the food was wonderful. We ate salad, bread, pizza, steak, pasta, dessert. Would highly recommend. Once we were there on a rainy night and the kids got to sit up front and the chef gave them dough to play with and a warm cookie to eat. Prime Time has great chix and pot roast and save room for dessert. We have had O.K. servers and then there is cousin Brenda-Love that girl-see if she is available!!! Have fun, I think you will love either choice!!!

We've been to MM three times now and PT only once. Seems we must enjoy MM more! It all depends on what type of food you want and what experience. Both are two TOTALLY different dining experiences. MM for us is also more expensive (don't know if that makes any difference? ).
