Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package Question

A few years ago, I was at Disney in a party of three and we enjoyed the Mama Melrose Fantasmic package. I remember that for dessert, rather than being able to order from the menu, they brought us a sample tray, which was very delicious. I think we had one each of assorted yummies that we split and it was just enough for three.
Does anyone know how that works for larger parties? We are going again in November as a party of five and I was wondering if we will get more of each item.

Each adult gets their own tray of mini desserts. It has four or five. No sharing needed

We went in June and we got our own tray of 3 different mini desserts. It was delicious and plenty after our large meal

So if I'm gluten intolerant (noted on the ADR) I'll probably just receive 1 dessert, which I believe is flourless chocolate cake, instead of a sampler right?
