H&V was a major disappointment to us this past June 2006.
We like sitting in the Witches section and having backdoor passes to get in.

So, How is Mama Melrose ? Or should we do Brown Derby ?
We are not into sauces which bump up calories.
Was the service up to WDW standards ?
What did you order and did you enjoy it ?

Field Green Salad (served family style) - tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and gongonzola crumbs Can we order the salad plain without dressing or crumbs ?

Four-Cheese with Asiago, mozzarella, provolone and gorgonzola - Can we get 2 cheese with mozzarella & provolone ? Could our Teens get a plain pizza as a main meal ?

We did the Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose in July and absolutely loved it. It was among our favorite meals. The salad and flatbreads are served family style; each person chooses his or her own entree and dessert. I can't answer your specific requests about the flatbread or salad because we just ordered it as it came.

My kids had pasta with sauce (the oldest) and butter (the younger two) and they also ate our flatbread. Everything was delicious and service was good.
