Maleficent?

I was just wondering if Maleficent is ever seen in the parks? She is my all time favorite and when I went through the photo sticky I didn't see any photo's of her

Also how often do you see the villians in the parks? Last time we went the only one I saw was Cruella...which was nice, but I want more villians photos to add to my collection

The last two times my partner and I went to Disneyland, we were surprised to see Cruella, Maleficent and the Evil Queen. You don't seem to see them out very often it seems. But go to Magic Kingdom and I swear they have every character in existance out and about all the time. I don't get it.

We've seen Captain Hook in all his glory in Fantasy Land.. He's great!

There were a lot of villains out at Halloween. I had heard a rumour that Maleficent was out occassionally as well, but we didn't see her. And I certainly did try, we camped in the Hollywood Backlot for hours.

After November 2 we kept seeing only Hook, Cruella and the Queen of Hearts though.

Last year we saw Cruella and the Snow White's Evil Queen (as my children call her). This was in March, we weren't particularly looking for villians either, if we'd kept our eyes open we might have seen more. We saw both of them in the Hollywood Backlot area.

First, love that picture! Second, where did you see Maleficent? We see Cruella regularly (she's DD9's favorite villian) but I've never seen the Evil Queen or Maleficent.

We saw both of them in Fantasyland. There was a line from hell, more then it was for Tigger and Eeyore. It was ridiculous. So we gave up trying to get pictures with them. Great to see them stay in character yet the kids still loved them.

I also saw evil queen in Fantasy Line.., she was great. I've seen C. Hook and once I saw Cruella, but she was walking quickly and we couldn't catch her.

I'd really like to get a shot of Malificient, we don't have her in our photo collection yet.

In living memory, I think I recall seeing the Queen.

Or gosh, maybe not. They are rare.

Oh man....I've never seen her there, I would so wait in that line, no matter how long it was! LOL I love Maleficent!!!! DD12 loves the Evil Queen so we are outta luck. DD9 is the only one who gets to see "her" villian. I'm so jealous......

We were at DLR the first week of Oct this year and on our last day, in Fantasy Land we did see the Evil Queen. She wasn't posing for pics, in fact she was just walking through and we almost ran into her by mistake and my DD3 was trying to talk to her and she wouldn't talk to anybody who approached her or stop for pics, however, she did grab my DD3's hand and walked through Fantasy Land with her, so I was trying to run ahead of them to get a picture. She did go ahead and sign my dd's book, but that was the only one she signed! She certainly stayed in Character!

Earlier in the week we did see Cruella on Main Street, stationed for pics/autographs, she was Hilarious!! Loved her!

I don't think she's allowed to talk. When we saw her she was behind a table across from that shop that sells the cute fairy stuff. She was signing books and posing for pictures.., but she never said a word to anyone.

You mean the Evil Queen from Snow White?

She does talk.
At least she talked to us every time we met her, both 2007 and last year.

She scolded me because I didn't have any pins from her on my lanyard once, and another time she even remembered that we had taken a photo together before. So she told me to try some different poses with her.
She stays in character all the time she talks to you, and boy is she good at it.

There was one Evil Queen at the Halloween Party that didn't impress me that much, but the one that we saw throughout several days at Hollywood Backlot was an absolute treat to meet.
We had met her two years ago, and I was pretty close to jumping for joy when we found her again this year.
