Making the most of DDP

When I'm down there in the fall, it looks as though we won't use all of our Quick Service dining credits. Any ideas of how or where to either use them without over stuffing ourselves? Are there any options in the food court that would stay good for a few nights to purchase on arrival and to have in the room for some midnight snacks, or something similar, and would be considered a QS credit>

Remember you can use your credits for breakfast too. We ended up loading up on snacks the morning of departure because we didn't use all of our snack credits.

When we used the ddp, we got two meals at breakfast and two at lunch and split between the four of us. We do the same thing when we pay cash, for the most part. One meal is just too much for each of us.
