Yep, now it's coming back to me, we stayed for 4th of July,

Anyway, I think we paid $72 when it opened, was there for opening day.

I sold a BCV contract in 2006 for about $95 a point.

And summer 2012 I bought BCV points at $65/pt. Can't count on any particular price point, it will vary with the market.

I am just in the final stages of buying a resale contract for BLT. The difference between direct at $160/pt and resale at 90-95 is about 70 per point. On a 200 point contract that is $14,000. No way could I justify that difference by buying direct. Other people may but I could not.
