Making Room Requests?

We'll be staying at the PBH in July in a Bay View room. I'd like to be in the West Wing in order to be closer to the pool and the boat dock.

How do I go about making this request? Is there a fax number or should I phone someone (if so, what are the phone numbers for PBH?). Or is it best to wait until we arrive and make our request in person at checkin?

I just asked a similar question on another thread. Hope we get an answer. When in July? We will be there the 16th - 18th pre cruise.

I would call the hotel and ask directly then confirm in writing the phone no will be on the universal website or the l,owes site sorry do not have to hand
