Making reservations at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney

I have read some posts where you can make a reservation at the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney by calling them directly. For anyone who has done this what is the number & when can you start making reservations. For example if my family & I wanted to make on for August 8th which is the day we arrive at WDW, what day can we 1st call to make that reservation?

I called and made reservations in March for Thanksgiving Day... so you should be able to call now
