I'm usually the one that makes the big ole cookie platter for the holidays. I make two of them. One to bring to my brother's on Christmas Eve and one to bring to my SIL's on Christmas Day. I usually do the same each year (with maybe one or two changes). This year, I'd like to make a few different things and so far I plan on making Berger's Cookies (found on Pinterest), Peanut Butter & Chocolate Meltaways, Raspberry Almond Shortbread Cookies, Chocolate Fudge and Peanut Butter Fudge. Now, I usually make the fudge recipe on the back of the Kraft Marshmallow Creme jar. I really like how it comes out and it's so easy. I remember one year I made it but used peanut butter chips instead of the chocolate to make PB fudge. And while it came out OK, I want more of a peanut butter taste. I'm wondering how I would make that happen. Still use the PB chips but add some real peanut butter? Or forget about using the PB chips and just use all peanut butter? If doing that method, how much real peanut butter should I substitute for the PB chips? OR if you have a tasty, FOOL PROOF peanut butter fudge recipe that you'd like to share, that would be great.
