Making payments?

I am a pre-planner and would love to be a pre-payer! I have booked and paid a deposit for our upcoming Thanksgiving trip to the World through DU. I was wondering if I can make payments on the remainder of my hotel bill to WDW or just wait until I get there and pay? I really would love to have anything I can prepay prepaid!
