Making payments online

Has the Disney website done away with making payments online towards your package? I usually could find it easily to view my balance and make a payment, however, I cannot find it here lately...I dont like calling in and making a payment over the phone as i like to actually SEE my balance. Can anyone help me out here? Am I doing something wrong, i'm not a newbie and i've been trying to access it like I have in the past, I need to start making payments but I need to see what I owe first. Thanks in advance!

No payments on line for now. They are updating the system. No ETA when it will be available again.

My final payment is due January 19th. I'm hoping it's available again before that! I also hate calling in plus I have multiple GC's that I want to put towards my balance. Such a pain.

Agreed, i will say, using their phone service is better than most other companies, but its still frustrating all the hoops you have to jump through to get to the payment part, its much easier for me to log on to my account, pull up what I owe and see what's due...then make payments accordingly. that way i stay on track hahahah My final payment isnt due until sometime in March but i need to start putting something on it soon

Thought I was going crazy, not being able to make a payment online like I did for my first half. I want to do it as the Canadian Dollar is a bit higher right now and wanted to take advantage of it.
