I am planning on making my own veil, since the one I tried on with my dress cost as much as my dress. :rotfl: I have bought a veil, and want to decorate it with crystal beads. Anyone have any ideas on how to attach the beads. I tried a craft glue, and it did not work, and I tried sewing it on with Nylon thread, but the thread come through the netting, and then ripped the veil. What am I doing wrong???:confused3

Thanks for any help! :jumping1:

I bought my veil on ebay for $29.99 - which looks exactly like the one I tried on at the bridal shop for $300. Just fyi. Don't know how to make them but they can be cheap on ebay :)

try gem-tac glue. you also might have to double side the rhinestones to make them stick on the tulle better. have you tried silver metallic thread that's really thin?

i'm making my sisters veil, but she's super boring and won't let me do anything fun to it :rolleyes1 ...

Thanks! I have not tried that type of thread or glue. I will try it, and let you know how it goes.
