Making Magic Band bigger?

We just booked a return trip for Aug 2015, just got back Sept 2014, and I noticed that we are supposed to reuse our magic bands.

#1. Now I have to find everyone's bands, what happens if I can't find one

#2. Our littlest, he's 3, has been wearing his 24/7 since our stay. He hasn't taken it off yet since we have been home, only for baths, and is OBSESSED with it. We had to take the grey part off though because his wrist is tiny but I am sure by Aug this one will be too small for him, what happens if he outgrows it? Will they just give us a new one? I noticed that they mention a charge if you have to replace a lost one do you think they will charge us?

Will they show up at a specific time in my MDE account online do you know, because right now it only shows our old ones. BUUT I did just book our trip and we are 200+ days out yet.

I'm 375 days out and I customized our MagicBands a week or two ago.

When you're logged into your MDE account, follow these steps:

1.) In the upper right of your screen, hover your mouse over "My Disney Experience." This should pop open a navigation menu.

2.) Click on "MagicBands and Cards." (A little over halfway down the menu.)

From here there should be an option for your to customize your new set of MagicBands! Good luck!

They won't show up in your "My magicbands/tickets" list (because you won't have received them yet) but there will be a section on MDE where you can customize your bands for delivery.

I'm working my way through the rainbow myself. ('cept Pink coz I'm a guy )

My 12 and 14 year old both took their gray parts off and didn't need them. I guess I'm just a little surprised that your 3 year old has wrists that will grow that fast
P.S. I love that he wears his band all the time-way to keep the Disney magic alive!

They will stay there unless/until you deactivate them. They stay in there because you CAN reuse them. You just don't have to. We keep and reuse them. I now have MBs in every color. That's fun to me.

I definitely wouldn't worry about the size of the band. I've worn my DD's band with the gray portion detached, and it fit me fine.

I take the grey off mine for it to fit my wrist and I am 60 years old. I am pretty sure your 3 year old's magic band will NOT be too small for him in Aug 2015.
If he outgrows it, his wrist is too big for it 9 months from now, that will be the least of your worries. He may be too big to fit on the rides.

Edit to explain: If his wrists are bigger than 6 1/4" at 4 years old, that will be one big kid!
