making invitations for DD Bday party

I am trying to make invitations for my DD7 Bday party. Polka dots is kind of a theme. Does anyone know how I can get the backround of the paper to be kind of light colored polka dots? I tried clipart, but can't find any and I don't know how to use clipart to make it the backround of a page. Any help appreciated. Just don't want to run around town looking for polka dot paper stationary at Staples etc ya know.

What program are you using to make them? If you google background paper polka dots or scrapbook paper polka dots I am sure you can find some good stuff. Maybe add free to your search then you can use it legally.
