My friend and I are going to Disney for a conference in April. We want to extend our stay by 2 days since we'll already be there. It will be April 30 through May 2nd. Is there any way to make it cheaper than Disney's website says? We are looking to get deluxe dining and 6 day park hopper tickets. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure you clicked on the "Special Offers" so that it gives you the resort discount that is offered.

If you want to make it cheaper go with the regular dining plan. The DxDP is a ton of food and expensive.

Is your room at a conference rate and being for by the company? If it is, just wondering if a dining plan and tickets can be added. :confused3 (Are you having to add room, dining, tickets yourself for the extra days?)

If you are in conferences for 4 days I might imagine it would be hard to leave to get meals. Perhaps some meals will be included? I wonder if a dining plan is the best option in this scenario. GIve us some more details on how long you'll be in conferences and how much free time you'll have. The free time would detemin if I'd do the park hoppers or not. It's a $52 flat fee per person, not too bad but if you only get a few hours for those 4 conference days I'm not sure if I'd add the PH.

Call the conference coordinator (or whomever you booked the conf. stay through), and see if you can get an additional 2 days at the conference rate.

I second what others have said about the dining plan. You might consider the regular dining plan, as 1 sit down meal, 1 quick service meal, and 1 snack is WAY more food than you can imagine! Also going to ditto what others said about time away from the conference to eat all those other meals.

Typically when you are staying at a conference rate, you can extend & possible upgrade your stay through that booking group. Conferences are usually done in group bookings and the rates can be pretty good.

Of course, you can check the price of the current room only special, and compare that to what the conference is giving you, and make sure you get the better deal.
