Pretty standard advise is to start with the hardest to get ressie first. I like to use a browser and have a few open so that if one gets stuck I can move on quickly. I do use filters so I don't have to search through everything. Since table service pricing has become rather expensive it seems like ressies have been a bit easier to get. Now your top tier restaurants are still tough as is Holiday weeks, busy weekends and party times etc.

We tired of tracking down ADRs early in the game and switched to having most of our meals at Disney Springs using Open Table to book. Our traveling kids were past the age where character meals were wanted which simplified matters.
This freed us up to narrow down the park and resort eateries we wanted and just concentrate on booking them.
You can also use various reservation finders like “mouse dining”. Easy to find via Google; most aren’t free anymore but the price is small for something you may really want.

Have fun.
