You have a few choices...the craft stores have the silk painting thing you can buy and do it your self. Or do a goole search and see what comes up...a lot will come up and see who has the best price. Or you can see if there is a place close to you that can do it a a good rate.
But somethings to think about...most likely if you do it with a company off the net or a store front you will have to buy the stuff (hats, hoodies, ect) from them. Are they for your business or is it for some kind of fund raiser? I know a place by where I live that when someone was doing a bar craw for charity the place gave them a discount so that there would be more money for the charity, if I remember right they only charge what they paid for the item-so 200 tshirts cost them $200.00.
