Making CP ressies

Okay this may sound stupid but remember I am fairly new here. I want to make PS for Dec 26th CP at Biegarten. Every web-site talks about Reservations being available Sept 2nd. Is this when the date I need become open for PS or is this 90 days prior to the first day of CP?
In other words when to I call to make my CP ressies for Dec 26th?

On September 2nd you will be able to make your CP dinner package reservation for any date that the CP is being held

Do I pay for the whole package at the time of booking or is it just a deposit? ANd if it is a deposit how much do they normally require or is it just a credit card to hold the date?

They charge the full price at booking. So many people book on the first day, it usually takes a couple weeks for them to process it. You can get a full refund up to 48 hours prior to show.

Hello fellow Marylander! Not a stupid question at all. Looks like we'll be in FL at the same time. Come on Christmas! We're going to the CP on Christmas day as crazy crowded as that will be, lol.
