Making changes to reservations?

Hello All!- I have reservations at PPH next month and 4 day park hopper passes. One of the people in my group isn't going to be able to make it. I might be able to find someone to take their place and I'm wondering if I'll be able to just change the name on the reservation to the new person? If the new person can't go, will they let me just cancel the one park ticket? Everything is already paid for.

Has anyone had to do this before? How painful was the process? I'm hoping I'll just be able to call customer service and get it worked out easily.

You might call and check their current policy. Is this a package?

The change/cancellation rules are different for reservations vs packages.
You might be able to get a refund for the hopper pass now.
I have found it's easy to add someone to the reservation upon arrival.
So if things are iffy for someone, I'd get a refund now and add them when you arrive.
