Making changes to bounceback

I booked my 2014 trip using bounceback at the beginning of October....since returning home I have decided to change resorts .
Are there any restrictions or time limits to making changes to bounceback reservations.
Also,can I add requests or should that have been done when I booked.

It can be done! We made a few changes to our bounce back after returning home. Just a few. and I believe you can add requests anytime? Someone will correct me if i am wrong.

Yep, change away! As long as you make sure you keep the same confirmation number, you're good. I think you can change until the 45 day mark where change fees would come in. We've already changed the one we booked in August for next August twice

As the pp's said, you can make changes as long as the resort/room type you have booked is available under the BB offer. If CRO says it can't be done, ask to speak with someone in guest services and they will be able to help you.
