Making Avatars.

This is a funny request but can someone give me an idea for me to draw out on Paint (To make an avatar)? I only have Microsoft Paint and after seeing how good Shadow's avatars turned out just by using it, Ive decided to try my hand at it. So can anyone supply me with a simple idea?

I had SOME experience at paint. I know all the tools but im not a good shader hehe.
