First post, lurking for awhile. Bought direct first (before I knew about resale) and been reading advice on resale (thanks by the way!!) and am going to make an offer on a contract.

Good luck! I used the Timeshare Store for my first purchase and had an awesome experience with them. I don't mind that I paid a little more per point than other resales. In the grand scheme of things, I really only spent about $1k or so more and spread out over the life of the contract, wasn't too bad. But I did save over $15k from buying direct from Disney so that made me happy.
