I have two trips planned for next year. I need to make my December ADRs while visiting in June. What is the easiest way to do this?

I will have my cell phone with me, so I can just get up in the AM and phone the 407-WDW-DINE number if that is the best way.

We are staying in a moderate, so I suspect there is not a concierge desk/bell services desk to do this for me? :confused3

I am just wondering what will be the easiest way to accomplish this.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You should be able to do this at any resort, with any cast front desk cast member that books dining for guests. I recommend doing this in person rather than over the phone. I've personally done this several times (this was at the Beach Club) & as soon as the cm & I are finished, I request a print out of the ADRs we just made. (I actually get a few copies printed over the course of my trip, and that way I have a few spares).

Yes, I agree any resort should be able to do this for you.

The resort can do this for you. If you have anything like LeCellier, CM, CRT or something else that books out right away - I would just call the dining line from your resort phone. For us there was a pre-set button that put us right through.

(I ran into this in April '07 when I was planning for our October '07 Trip)

Actually there is! ...Well, at least there was at POFQ! It was located right across from the check-in desk.

Yep - what used to be called Guest Services in the resorts is now Concierge.

Sure, you can call from your cell phone. Or as Pumbaa points out, you can lean over from your bed first thing in the morning and call Dining. I think there's even a quick-dial button on the phone for this. Or you can go to the Concierge counter in your lobby. Or you can stop at Guest Services at any park. Or you can stop at any restaurant with a podium (i.e. table service, buffet, family-style) and if they're not busy they can make your reservations at any restaurant. Or, at least in DHS, there is sometimes a kiosk open right by the 'times' board, at the corner of Sunset Boulevard, where you can make dining reservations...

There is also a desk for dining reservations at Port Orleans Riverside, very helpful when I had to change ADRs last trip!

Lean over and pick up the bedside phone :thumbsup2

That is actually what I was most "leaning" towards. I thought this might be the easiest, to do it and get it done first thing in the AM, as soon as the dine line opens.

I like the idea of being able to get a print-out however. Can I still get that print-out of I do them all on the phone?

Yes, you can. When I was staying at BCV this summer, I got several copies of my Nov. ADRs just by stopping at the concierge desk & asking for a print out of my "November ADRs". The cast member did it, no problem.
