Making ADRs when staying club level

My family and I will be staying club level at the Beach Club Resort in November. My first day to make ADRs is May 24, but I have been working on my schedule so I know what reservations I want for specific days when the day arrives for me to schedule ADRs. I know one of the perks of staying club level is the planning services of the concierge. However, if there is one or two dining reservations that I really want on a specific day, should I try to take care of my reservations myself or will the concierge have just as much luck as I do in getting those specific reservations?

If you email the IPO your choices, they will take care of it for you. I am sure they will be able to get you everything you especially at the 180 day mark.

We've stayed club level twice and both times they had no problems getting our reservations and emailed them to me by 7:30am on our 180 day. Any changes though I made myself since I could just quickly do it online.

IPO will do their best to make the ADRs you want for when you want. Just tell them which day and what time you want to eat where. Of course, there is a possibility that a restaurant could be booked the day you want at the time you want, even at 180 days out. They have the same access to ADRs that you do. After your ADRs are made they will e-mail you a schedule with days and times for anything they book for you or that you have them book for you as well as confirmation numbers, incase you decide to change anything around. I only had IPO make 2 or 3 ADRs for us, while we made the rest ourselves. I just let them know where, when and the confirmation number and they added it to out itinerary. They also added things like the MNSSHP tickets we purchased ourselves or the day we had planned to pig out at F&W festivle (which I had only mentioned durring a conversation with them, not expecting them to remember and add it). Also, our 180 day mark last year was on Easter Sunday. At 6:30 AM that day I got an e-mail with the confirmations on the ADRs I wanted.
