Making ADR's: Times, Tips, & Clarification Please!

We are going to WDW in December & according to the ADR calculator, we are set to make our ADR's on 6/6. We are staying on property (renting DVC points). We are staying 4 nights, 5 days.

It's been almost 3 years since our last trip, so I feel very out of the loop!!!

Just need some clarification:
1) What time does the Online ADR System Open?
2) What time does the Phone ADR System Open? Is it worth it to use the phone system?
3) Can I make ADR's for my entire trip on 6/6?
4) Any additional tips to maximize our opportunity of getting our choice ADR's? We are trying for some popular ones: Chef Mickey dinner, Crystal Palace Dinner, BOG lunch, Tusker House Dinner, Akershus Dinner.

2) What time does the Phone ADR System Open? Is it worth it to use the phone system? - 7 AM EST. Only if the website is down that morning. Otherwise definitely try booking them all online at 6 AM.
3) Can I make ADR's for my entire trip on 6/6? - Yes, because you're staying on property.
4) Any additional tips to maximize our opportunity of getting our choice ADR's? We are trying for some popular ones: Chef Mickey dinner, Crystal Palace Dinner, BOG lunch, Tusker House Dinner, Akershus Dinner. - Make your BOG lunch reservation first, and then maybe Akershus - then start on Day 1 and go in order from there.
