Making ADRs - phone or online?

When making ADRs, do you think it's easier to call or do it online?

Online. I don't have to mess with the phone or be put on hold.

Online! Get on at 6am EST...call at 7am for anything you have trouble with.

Online. I have yet to find anything easier to do over the phone then web. If I do pick phone over web it is usually more that I'm willing to deal with the hassle because I don't trust whatever company's web portal.
