Making ADRs on the MDE App

Is it possible to make ADRs either using the plus 10 or those needing a CC guarantee on the iPhone or iPad app?

My next ADR is approaching and we will be out all day but will have phone and iPad with me and wondered if I could use the app instead. (Being in the UK means our window opens at 11am so will already be out)
