Making ADR's from west coast

Hi Everyone,
Just realized that I am going to be in Seattle at the 180 day mark for my New Year's trip.
What time can I start calling or doing on line reservations.
I'm a east coast girl and never had this dilemma.

the time difference should be 3 hours between Seattle and Orlando, yeah? so you can start making them at 3:00 am. (we're one time zone over so we start at 4:00 am). it sucks. too bad you won't be in Seattle for FP picks too--getting them in at 10:00 while the boards fill with complaints about the hour takes a tiny bit of the sting out.

I live on west coast. I can do online at 3:00 am or phone at 4:00 am.

I set my alarm, get up and get it done then go back to bed. I've always managed to get what I want even though I'm in a fog....
