Making ADRs at the 60 day mark for split stays

I have read on here that you can make ADRs for your entire stay beginning 60 days of your initial check-in at Disney. I called today to link my reservations as my waitlist came through and the CM told me that is no longer true that I have to do it 60 days from each different resort reservation. Is this true?

Yes, 60 days from check-in for each resort.

Yes, but if your first reservation is 3 nights starting on the 1st as an example you would be able to book ADRS for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
