making ADR on MDE phone app

Didn't work at 6am this morning (let me get to times available and when I clicked on one it popped up the 'having technical difficulties, try again later' message). Had to get out of bed and go down to computer and get into MDE and by then the ideal time at Topolino's was gone. They, luckily, still had availability but not the perfect time I wanted. Anyway, app won't let me modify ADRs either. What's up with that? Did they shut it down for COVID? Or is it a glitch? Do I need to reinstall or update the app?

I was having trouble too a couple months ago for our August trip and also for November when our ADR day opened on 9/8, I gave up and just started using the website. Haven't checked since then, but just did after reading your post and I had no problems - got the confirmation email.

Try updating or reinstalling your app - mine is a clean install since I got a new phone a couple of weeks ago. That might have been my original problem.

Re-installed and... it allowed me to book an ADR. But won't allow me to modify an existing one.
