Making ADR before magic hours are released?

I want to make ADR for my trip in Feb., which I understand I will need to make on 10-27, but the Magic Hours aren't out yet. Do you guess what they will be based on the month or year previous? Is that reliable?

The last two years we've been very lucky basing the hours on the previous years and we've figured it right as far as Extra Magic Hours.
