Making additional fast passes on mobile device

I know this has been discussed ad nauseam but could someone please tell if it is now possible to make additional fast passes on the MDE app on a mobile device? I am so confused! I'm the sole planner for a group of 11 for a trip in July of next year. Most of the group will be first time visitors and I want to have this down to a science before we head to the world! Thanks for any help!!!

No. Once you use your three initial fast passes, you have to use a kiosk for any additional. Once you select an additional fast pass, you can manage it, change time or attraction, using your phone.

I've seen it posted a few times that the phone app is supposed to be able to do this some time this year, but no idea when or if it will ever happen.

I believe kaytieeldr is commenting on the fact that 2014 is ending within hours, so the change can't come "THIS year."

Logic would say it will be available some day. Makes no sense to funnel people to a few bottlenecked locations.
