Making a payment online?

I don't see a place on my reservation where I can make a payment. Am I looking in the wrong place? It show where to modify but I don't see anything about making payments. I have tried the past 2 days to get through on the phone but NO success after waiting close to 1 hr. each day.
 
Finally got through to them after 1 1/2 hrs :headache:. She told me that I couldn't make a payment since it was booked online?
 
Curious. My Disney Experience > My Reservations

For me I see the name of the hotel, check in/check out dates, Room Type then "Remaining Balance" and a link "Make A Payment"

Not seeing any of that?
 
In addition to what StageTek said above, have they done away with the automated over-the-phone payment option?
 

I was able to make all of my payments online (even on my phone). Make sure you are using the MyDisneyExperience app and that your reservation are linked to the account. Cheers!!!!!!

That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. I can't believe anyone at Disney wouldn't take your payment. There was an automated payment system that you could reach by saying "make a payment" when you called resort reservations. That's how we paid the balance for our trip in May.

You didn't book through a travel agent, did you?

Only people who book a package will have the "Make a payment" link. A person with a room only reservation will not have that option. :)
 
The first rule of Disney IT is it's a hot mess.

If it's room-only, you can't make payments online. Some packages won't either, because Disney IT. The CM will make up a reason why; it's kinda made up because no one really knows.

Yes, mine was a room-only so that is why it didn't show-up. I finally paid it after 1 hr. wait for one agent and 1/2 hr. wait to the one who finally was able to do it. I was never offered the make-a-payment option after "keying-in" my ressie #. Wish I could just make payments online.:sad2:

She also said there had been a long wait after the new discount/pin code was released.
