Making a package final payment online

I tried to help a friend pay her balance due online but could not find any option to make a payment. I know I've done this with reservations in the past so.... is this no longer an option? Or does anyone have any suggestions? I know that she can call to do this but I've always found the online payment method quick and efficient so I'm on a mission to figure this one out!

Yup. Or possibly still trying to figure out how they broke it.

Yea it has been broken since the last update last Nov (2016) when all the Reservation numbers were changed. You can still use the automated phone system and bypass an agent but that's the best way for now.
