Making a ADR for 6, but showing up with 4...will we still be seated?

We're traveling with my parents in December, so I've made our ADRs all for six people - mom, dad, me, hubby and our two girls. I'm concerned, though, that dad, who is disabled, will poop out before we eat. We've got the DDP and I've made early TS dinner reservations and some lunches to accomodate him as best as possible. But no matter when I make an ADR, it's a possibility. The only surefire way to avoid this is to eat all CS and that's just no fun. So if he should be unable to make any of them and my mom leaves to help him out, will they still seat a party of four booked for a table for six at a TS?

Thanks!

Yes, they will still seat you. We often travel with friends and family and sometimes some of them opt out of our ADRs. When you check in, just tell them that some won't be joining you. It's never been a problem. It's always better to have an ADR that is larger and not need it, then the other way around.

Thank you so much for your replies! I'm so relieved! My parents will be too. They were stressing about leaving us hanging if my dad just couldn't make it in the parks long. Whew! Thanks again!
