Make Up For Ever Sephora recommended that over Bare Essentials.

i went in asking about bare essentials and she said the MUFE is much better. i had her put it on - it feels great - looks good but ofcourse when i went back to purchase it, she was out of my color so i have to go back just wondering if u have it do u like it? do u use the primer? do u apply it w/the brush or ur finger?

Is the MUFE a mineral makeup? If it isn't than I don't think you can compare the two. If a mineral makeup isn't exactly what you are looking for, I say if you like the feel of it and the look of it, go for it. Finding a foundation you like is what is important.

I personally don't care for the Bare Essentials as much as I like Everyday Minerals. Use BE for years until I found the EM and I won't go back. After using the EM for a while, I was out and needed to reorder, but since I had some BE left I thought I would use that up before doing the reorder. Big mistake, I used it for a coupld of days and quickly went and did my reorder.

I do not always use a primer, but I know it last longer when I do. I just don't always have time for it. Which is another reason why I like EM, it is very quick to put on.

No MuFE is NOT a mineral make-up...i guess before buying, i should try the mineral on my skin as well..she said the talc in it finds the lines and soaks in....

so confussing as i'm not a big makeup person - usually just wear tinted moisturizer.

how do the colors work on the EM? think i'll order a sample - thinking of ordering the "Light" comes w/3 different shades..

I have noticed that I like the BE in the summer for the light coverage, but in the winter I need something more. I liked the Halo but, I think I may have the wrong color in that. Anyway, when I talked to the salesperson, they told me that they reccommend the Make Up For Everyone pressed powder product for more coverage than BE. It is applied with a sponge or, for less coverage, with a brush. I've used it now for a week and it does cover better than the other two. Remember, you can always take it back to Sephora if you do not like the product!

It took some trial and error, I finally found my perfect shade and it is actually called Perfect. If you are more fair skin, I think the light would be a good sample to try.

Make sure you read the descriptions of the coverage type. I prefer the intensive because I feel it gives more coverage than the original.

The MUFE powder is 50.00 and just PURE silica. You can order the exact same product at coastalscents for 5.00, LOL. The ladies and makeupalley turned me on to that!

No, I was not looking for a liquid.

Perhaps you are thinking of something else as I paid $32 for this.
