Make sure you keep ALL of your reservation numbers

do NOT depend on calling into Disney Dining to have them pull them up. I called yesterday to confirm all my reservations as I received emails on some and no emails on others. Several of my reservations were not attached to my resort reservation - I thought my heart was going to come out of my mouth. Luckily I had the ADR numbers and when she typed them in they came up. She had no idea why that was but said it wasn't the first time.

I had the same issue with one of mine. I never got the confirming email and had to call to make sure I really had it. They asked for my phone number to pull it up. I always bring my resi. #'s to be sure. That way if things get messed up I can show it wasn't my mistake.

I showed up at Tutto and they did not have me down for anything she said I'm sorry nothing here for you. I told her to hold on a sec & I whipped out my ress# and she put it in and I was good to go.
I don't believe if I didn't have that on me I wouldn't have got in.
She didn't look like she believed me till after I cam up in the computer.
So take those numbers with u.
 
Thanks to the DIS I knew to bring my #'s and at my resort they had NONE of my online ADR's I was so glad I printed each e-mail. So yes, bring those numbers, and I would advise to have two sets of your ADR's because one I carried around each day, but one day I could not find my list and thank goodness I had a back-up.
 
I've never gotten an email with my ADR's on it. I've always had to keep track of them on my own.

I didn't even know they could send you an email with those. LOL

With the new online system there is a place you can enter your email address and have them sent to you. If you just call in for ADRs, they don't get sent, but you can then go online, pull them up by confirmation # and phone #, enter your email address, and send them to yourself.

I had received emails from WDW within minutes of booking all of my ADRs for October, but never for any cancellations. I just logged on, retrieved ALL of my ADRs - even the cancelled ones (had to do it in 2 parts - you max out a 10 per retrieval) - and had them emailed to me to have them all in two large emails rather than a bunch of smaller, separate emails.
