Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that if you have not received a pin via email or mail, you should check with Disney. I am a TA who goes to Disney 2x a year. Usually I utilize my agent discount, but sometimes they are not available for the resort I want or the dates, etc. I spoke with a wonderful CM this morning who looked up my info, and I did indeed have the code associated with my name. Just goes to show, that you need to give them a call to check on these things! The CM could not have been nicer or more gracious to do this for me. While the dates did not work for me, it was still nice to know that these things do exist.:goodvibes

that is how I knew I had the 20/30/40 code. However, I called on Tuesday just to see if I had a fee dining code and the CM told me that I had NO discount codes in my name. Which is funny since I booked witht he 20/30/40 code and received and Monster PIN a few weeks ago. hmmm.....

Just goes to show that not all CMs are as helpful....

That has happened to me before. I calledto ask about an offer that was posed on the Disney website, and the CM told me "You have a better PIN offer attatched to your account." What a surprise when that same PIN saved me $1200!!!!!!! Yes, so please call and ask. I still do.:thumbsup2
