Make me feel comfortable about goldenwest express shuttle

I received immediate response from them when requesting rates
for shuttle service.....but everyone on the boards uses primtimeshuttle
and supershuttle.......comments?
This will be a new venture for us, Disneyland/CA - visit WDW at
least 2 times a year, but drive our own car........
Anyone use them?

lwilliam......I asked about them a few weeks ago. Mary Jo had some clients that were using them and said she would let me know. I plan on using them for our trip to DL and DCL unless I hear something bad about them. I like the fact that you have a private van. Lets hope for some good reviews.

We used them for our group of 6 in December and were very impressed. They picked us up at LAX and did a free grocery stop. I had set this up in advance and the driver didn't seem to know about it but he did it no problem. My husband called them when we were at baggage claim and within 5 minutes he was there. He was in an older but spotlessly clean minivan. The driver was incredibly nice and got a kick out of how excited my kids were to be at Disneyland. He made them promise to ride a big roller coaster which of course they were happy to do! Another plus was that he was a really good, safe driver. The previous visit we had used a cab to get to John Wayne and my poor daughter was terrified and said it was scarier than California Screamin! Since I had my elderly parents with me I really needed somebody who was reliable and they were. I only used them that once but would again.

Forgot to add that the same driver (possibly the owner?) picked us up when we headed home. He was so nice about helping my very delicate mother (she has cancer and a bunch of other health issues) get into the van. I don't know how big this outfit is and I wish I could remember his name so you could request him!
