this is my first post. we are goint to mk on dec 5,6,7 with my daughter. she is in an adaptive stroller. do we need to set up special things to do or are there lots of things set up for us?
If you search this board there are tons of posts about wish trips. Those will be fun for you to read. My advice is to listen to the GKTW volunteers, get all the tips from them you can. the time will fly by, but there's nothing you can do about that!
If you want to do any character meals you will need to set those up yourself. Aside from that, everything is taken care of. If you want to read about our daughter's wish trip, go to www.deputyfamily.net, click on "kickin' cancer's butt" and scroll down to April 29. We have pictures and daily trip reports there. It truly is a magical, once in a lifetime experience!!!
Are you staying at Give Kids the World Village?
If you are, check out their website at www.gktw.org
They have a lot of information. Most people say there are more things to do than there is time to do them.
